How do exchanges work?

So how do exchanges work? Well, basically:

1. Go to the website and click Exchange in the menu to follow the checkout prompts

2. You can exchange at any time for a flat fee of £19.99. If you have had your bike for 18 months, you are entitled to a free exchange

3. Wash your old bike really well so it's tip-top for a new home

4. Turn the handlebars to the side (we give you instructions), take off the pedals and pack in the pedals into the old box (or wait for the new bike to arrive and use that box) with the bike

5. The courier will bring your new bike and pick up the old one
