HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

Where do Bike Club deliver?

We deliver across the majority of the UK, excluding Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man.

How much does delivery cost?

Our delivery charges vary based on the delivery date you choose at checkout. Our standard delivery fee is charged at £9.99 for all weekday delivery and £14.99 for Saturday delivery. We are unable to deliver on a Sunday.

How quickly can you deliver?

At checkout, you can choose from the available delivery dates. The delivery dates range from 6 days to 6 weeks, and are dependent on your postcode and order.

Will you give me a delivery slot?

With our delivery service, our couriers will get in touch by SMS the morning of your delivery date to provide a 1-hour delivery window. They also provide detailed live tracking, which you can use to track the van on a map.

What if I'm not in when you deliver?

An adult will need to be present to sign for receipt of any subscription bikes or scooters.

If you are not in when delivery is attempted, the courier will take your package back to their depot and re-attempt delivery on another day.

If you need to change your delivery date, please get in touch as soon as possible.
